Ubuntu – Where to download Minimal CD?

Recently I started to use Minimal CD for customized installation so I need to write down places where I can get it.

The minimal CD can be downloaded at help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/MinimalCD.

Actually, the official site doesn’t contain version 12.04 yet but it can be directly downloaded for i386 and amd64 versions.
