Disable autoplay in Windows XP.
If you are annoyed by popping out the autoplay box
and don’t want to choose an action never again
then click Start -> Run and type services.msc
search for Shell Hardware detection and open Properties box
now you can turn it off and disable completely (click Stop and change Startup type to Disabled)
